2. Products and Descriptions

We sell SCA-certified Colombian specialty coffee, scored between 84 and 87 points by licensed Q Graders. All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in flavor, aroma, and appearance may occur between batches due to the natural characteristics of specialty coffee.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include no hidden fees. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and Link (powered by Stripe). All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and shipped within the United States. We offer free standard shipping with estimated delivery of 3 to 7 business days. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept physical returns, but we will issue a full refund or replacement if the product arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet our quality standards. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Ritual Co. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. WHAT IS SCA SCORE?

An SCA score is a 100-point quality rating for coffee, developed by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). Scores are assigned by certified Q Graders after a standardized tasting process called cupping. A score of 80 or higher qualifies a coffee as "specialty coffee," indicating exceptional quality and adherence to high standards.
