What does an SCA score mean?
The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scores coffee on a scale of 0–100. Only coffees that score 80 and above earn the "specialty" label. At 87, Ritual ranks among the top-tier beans globally—offering a refined flavor profile with clarity, sweetness, and balance that connoisseurs expect from exceptional coffee.
